My practice site was virtual, a totally different world than maybe we are used to. In this space, we normally meet between 5 to 10  people, all of different ages, different regions and obviously with different levels of English.

When carrying out virtual practices, the methodology used was 100% participatory, with different recreational activities that helped us understand the topics, the tutors motivated us to speak English in all classes, helped us with our pronunciation and strengthened our reading. .

In all the sessions, we saw topics such as: tenses, ages, cooking, new vocabulary, prepositions, etc.

It was a pleasant experience, personally, each class helped me in my learning process.

POPULATION

In these meetings we met people from the age of 18 to 50, there were people from all over the country. Some of the tutors gave us the class while in other countries, it was great because they told us about other cultures.

PLAN DE TRABAJO

• From March 20 to April 12, 2023, I began to interact with my classmates, to learn every form of work from the teachers, I began to adapt my ear to the English language, managing to understand audios and videos in the foreign language.
• From April 12, 2023 to May 4, 2023, I began to understand English audios without as much difficulty as before and I managed to speak a little more fluently, making my point of view coherent.
• From May 8, 2023 to May 19, 2023, I feel that I have mastered the 4 fundamental aspects by 80%. My pronunciation has improved, and I am able to speak fluently with my tutor. My vocabulary and grammar have already improved.

At this stage, I feel very good, I feel that in each part of the practice I learned a lot from my tutors, I thank them because I feel that my English is much more fluent, the meetings were participatory, which helped me strengthen my English, to let go of grief and feel confident in my abilities, at this point in my career, I feel that I love my profession.

CONCLUSIONS

• Virtual pedagogical practices are of great help to future teachers, as they motivate us to want to learn more about English and its different ways of teaching it.

• I believe that many of the aspects that I had to improve I improve with the help of my tutors. Confidence is the foundation of everything, when the tutor makes you feel confident in your abilities, you will be surprised at what you are capable of doing.

• The virtual tools that we can count on to teach are spectacular, the activities that we can carry out for our students through these platforms will help us as teachers to achieve correct learning for our students.

METHODS

Participatory Methodology

This is a great teaching methodology, I like it because it allows interaction with the students, each one of them has to participate in the class, showing an autonomous knowledge creation. This method allows the student to be active and not become a receiver.

Audiolingual Methodology

Learning through the constant repetition of words or sounds is essential to improve our second language. I consider that it is one of the most important methods, since it allows students to practice pronunciation correctly with the help of us as teachers.
